Nara Garber
Cinematographer/Field Producer

Nara Garber is a Brooklyn-based  filmmaker who divides her time between writing, directing, shooting and editing.  As a cinematographer,  Nara has dragged camera equipment across several continents in pursuit of the perfect shot.  She has filmed stand-alone segments for NOW with Bill Moyers and independent projects of all genres, including The Quiet War (2007: Best Documentary, Reel Women Film Festival); Drawing Angel (2007: Audience Favorite, African American Women in Cinema Film Festival); and After Roberto (2005: Closing Night Feature, Genova Film Festival).  

Nara currently directs and produces short form documentaries for Carnegie Hall and is co-director and producer of Flat Daddy, a documentary about five military families coping with the difficulties of deployment that is scheduled for completion in early 2009.

Ben Wolf is a New York City based cinematographer, director and partner in Topiary Productions Inc.                  

A digital film-making pioneer, he strives to bring a narrative cohesiveness to documentaries, and a documentary realism to narrative projects.

 

 

Gavin Coleman
Editor/Co-Producer

Gavin Coleman moved to New York almost five years ago from Dublin,Ireland and quickly and happily became entwined in New York’s bright underbelly of independent documentary film. 

His deep love of the question mark got him the job as editor of both the critically acclaimed documentary feature “What Would Jesus Buy?” , directed by Rob VanAlkemade- which premiered at South by Southwest and went on to a wide theatrical release nationally- and “Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden?” Directed by Morgan Spurlock - which is currently released internationally and won the audience award for Best Documentary at the Melbourne International Film Festival.
