Susan Cohn Rockefeller is a documentary filmmaker whose in-depth look at critical issues in our world has won top awards at many film festivals across the United States and around the world.

Her recent efforts include co-producing the internationally acclaimed film A Sea Change, on ocean acidification. Susan is currently on the festival circuit for Striking a Chord which brings attention to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), educates the public about challenges that many soldiers face, and shows the power of music to connect people from all walks of life. She is also in production on a film about mermaids and ocean health called Mission of Mermaids.

When she’s not making films, Susan designs message inspired jewelry, sits on the boards of Oceana and the Global Leadership Council for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), as well as on the program committee for The Stone Barns for Sustainable Agriculture. Susan is married and lives with her husband and children in New York City.
