Susan Cohn Rockefeller is a writer and filmmaker who is dedicated to educating and inspiring audiences with stories that show the passions and joys of the human experience

She has previously produced and directed “The Baby Shower”, “Green Fire”, “Lives of Commitment and Passion in a Fragile World”, “Richard Nelson’s Alaska”, “Running Madness” and “Dirt”. She is a co-producer of ‘A Sea Change’, a film about ocean acidification.

Susan is a board member of the Alaska Conservation Foundation-an advisory board member of jimirock.com -a website devoted to educating youth about ocean issues, a member of the the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Global Leadership Council, and a contributor to Chicken and Egg Pictures Film Fund.

She is also the author of “Green at Work; Finding a Business Career that Works for the Environment.”

Susan graduated with a BA from Hampshire College and an MA from New York University. When Susan isn’t making films, she is active with her two children and two stepchildren, and exploring new cities and wild places with her husband.
